I don't know what I would have done without Breezin. Shawn and the entire staff are knowledgeable, considerate & caring. I had major AC problems with compressors blowing out and was getting the runaround from other companies. A friend suggested I call Shawn. He went out of his way to put me at ease & figure out what was causing the ac trouble, explaining all the technicalities & getting it fixed. I have total confidence in Shawn & Breezin. Breezin is the only AC company I would have service my units. They are the absolute best!!!

We just want to say how thankful we are to have Breezin as our Heating & AC contractor. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. It makes dealing with them a pleasure. The best thing we ever could have done is sign up for the Yearly Service Plan - it gives us peace of mind that Breezin comes in Spring & Fall to start up our system and makes sure it is ready to go. Excellent Service! I would like to commend your technician - Robert. We had an issue in my house where we had no heat. Robert came over, found the problem and went out of his way to get the motor we needed for the heating unit. It was late in the day when this happened and Robert even went so far as to have the part delivered back to the shop where he went to pick it up. There was a problem in getting authorization from the insurance company and between Robert and his boss, they were able to resolve the issue. Robert returned that evening and repaired our heating unit so that we would have heat in the house over the long 3 day weekend. This is not the first time that Robert has been to my home nor is it the first time that he has went above and beyond. Robert is a professional in every sense of the word and he is very compassionate when dealing with people. He's a really great guy and I'm sure an asset to your business. There should be more people like Robert out there.

Your employees are friendly and professional from the moment they pick up the phone to answer our call to the end of the job performed. Over the years, Breezin has serviced our a/c unit, installed a 2-stage furnace, a new water heater and an a/c condensate unit. Each task was superbly done. We would also like to commend Rob, the Service Technician. Rob is excellent at his job. He is always kind, respectful, and courteous. Rob always takes the time to explain the situation and answer any questions we may have. Rob did the job on our 2-stage furnace. A Song of Praise for Mr. Slim! With a baby on the way, the time has come for us to install air conditioning in our condo. On the advice of a good friend, we sought the expertise of the professionals at Breezin HVAC. The owner himself, Shawn Montague, presented us with information on several systems. He patiently explained the systems in detail. Although more expensive, the Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless air conditioning system was the one for us. The crew from Breezin was extremely professional, courteous, punctual and quite knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and showed us all the P's and Q's of our new climate control system. The best part of it all is that while our electric bill has increased minimally, our oil bill has dropped. The Mitsubishi Mr. Slim, and all the wonderful folks at Breezin HVAC all get four very enthusiastic thumbs up from the both of us!

Good job! Just wanted to say that I appreciate working with your company. I know I must have asked a million questions before deciding to proceed and everyone at Breezin was very cordial in helping me out. In particular I wanted to mention Rob who supervised the installation of the entire new system at my house (Furnace, AC Condenser and Coil) along with required ductwork. The job was done in one day, neatly with no hassle. Rob has also come to my house many times for service calls. He's always calm and competent and perfectly glad to explain what's going on. The entire crew actually was very nice to deal with. I should also mention that I did get a few estimates and Breezin was right in the ballpark. My dealings with them over the years made it easy to pick them for this job.

My old furnace broke in the heat wave of July,2011. After getting many estimates I found the the best price was from Breezin. (At the time there were many rebates given for Con Ed and National Grid. all the other companies increased there prices) With Breezen they gave me a price so the rebates would save me money. They came and installed my furnace and Hot water heater and they are perfect. While I was dealing with them the staff in the office was great and very efficient. They did a super job helping file for my rebates. The staff that installed my furnace and Hot Water heater did a great job and worked very neatly and made sure the cleaned everything before they left. I had a great experience using Breezin HVAC, inc to install my furnace . I would recommend them 100%

I needed to replace the furnace and A/C as they were about 20 years old. After some research on the web, I selected Breezin. I can not compliment enough the professionalism, expertise and patience of company management and the team. I have been dealing with a serious family health issue back in CA and management was so cooperative and patience in working through the contract and my expectations. The team's knowledge base and expertise were exceptional and they were so detailed oriented. They did not rush through the project and provided me with updates to keep me abreast of status. They really know their industry and I couldn't have selected a better company to help me.

Thankful! I have used several air conditioning companies on Staten Island and was displeased with all of them for various reasons. Many hold dear the viewpoint that the customer is NOT always right, while others are chock full of the "Staten Island attitude". Thankfully, and fortunately, I found Breezin HVAC. Bob and his co-worker did a splendid, extrememly professional and proficient job in my home. They were neat, prepared, personable and on time. No talking on cell phones, smoking or profanity was used. I recommend Breezin HVAC and will call them again. Oh, the prices are quite fair too.

Terrific Job! I want you to know that your guys did a terrific job installing the ductwork and firing up my five and two ton units. As you know, we had problems with our builder and you made a stressful situation a tolerable one. You truly are a gentlemen and a man of your word, a rare commodity in business, as I have unfortunately found out. Your workers are not only friendly and efficient, but good at what they do.
